Side mount licence plate holder for Harley V-Rod Models.This version is design to fit 5" x 8" license plate. Fixed to the left side shock bolt, the license plate can only be mounted horizontally. Please read carefully the bracket details.
Two brackets options offered: Shock Mount and Hidden Mount
Shock Mount is directly install on the exterior face of the left shock, simply remove the oem bolt than insert the mounting bracket with the new longer bolt.
Hidden mount requires modifying the belt guard by removing the weld nut and replacing it with the side mount bracket. (threaded bracket) You can see the video to perform this modification.(2:00 in "Part 1" video)
