Wide tire kit, 7 steps to get all the informations about our kits:
1-The first question is: What is your budget?
Here are the price ranges for our wide tire kit.These prices include front pulley offset kit, tire* and base options for fully fonctionnal kit. (280mm kit don't need offset kit*)

With some little modifications the 3 versions of stock rear fender work with 300mm kit. It's also good way to manage your budget because this allow you to:
- keep oem wiring(Very big job with some aftermarket rear fender.)
- Keep Brake light, Turn signals*, License plate*, Seat and Paint
**We don't suggest going over 300mm with stock fender.
Modifications:
- You need to cut the sides of the subframe.
- For V-Rod Muscle and 2007-11 NRS you also need to cut and a little section of the fender.

- Pivot shaft and rear pulley modification(only for 280mm kit)
keep in mind:
- The wider you go, more body movement will be needed to put the bike where you want it. You need to counter steer with more force.
- 300mm kit is the best compromise for Look vs Handling.
- In any case, you quickly get used to the new driving habits.
- The price of tires increases according to size.
- If you want that crazy wide look, don't be scared to go all-in with the 360.
3- Choose your wheel design:

(Some models have only the wheel displayed.)
With all our wide tire kit you also have the choice to keep your OEM rear pulley and rotor.
4- Once you decided the size and wheel design, you can choose the appropriate options on the product page and complete your order:
When you install a rear wheel widening kit, automatically the rear pulley will be offset. So basically we need a "spacer" to make sure the front pulley aligns the rear pulley. The offset kit work as a "spacer" and have an additional bearing to support the extended flange. This kit will avoid adding stress to the output shaft during acceleration or simply when the belt is tensionned.

5- Remove your swingarm and send it with your front pulley to our facilities in Canada to make the modifications. (see our "core swing arm option")

For US/Canadian models with 28 teeth front pulley, modification to the pulley is required to fit No-Limit-Custom offset kit. You can ship your pulley and we will do the modification at no extra fees. We can also sell used/new modified pulley OR modification can easily be done by any machine shop, just contact us to get instruction.
We offer "core swingarm" and new front pulley option for sale or for exchange. (Options for extra costs.) Contact us for these options to see availability at the moment.
We have used swing arm in stock that we modify. (Repowdercoat for extra cost) With this option, you can still ride your bike while we produce your wide tire kit. You can get a refund if you send back your own swing arm to our facilities.
6- WAIT FOR YOUR ORDER TO BE PRODUCED AND SHIPPED.
It usually take 4-6 weeks, these kits are produce to order: Swingarm modification, CNC machined wheel/ rotor*/ pulley*, powdercoat, wheel assembly and packaging.(*options)
Our kit are shipped in two seperate boxes: 1 box for the swing arm and hardwares and 1 box for the wheel. If you choose the tire option, the box and the weight will be bigger and will reflect on the price. |
