Canada and USA:

For purchase of multiple "large and stackable parts" (ex: body parts, fenders...), e-mail us to get a better shipping rate.
  • If you order only one large dimensions item, the price on the website will be accurate.
  • If you order only one big dimensions item and add "small parts" (ex: licence plate holder, fork covers, flashers, etc.), the price on the website will be accurate.
  • If you order many "small parts" (ex: licence plate holder, fork covers, flashers, etc.), the price on the website will be accurate.

International: E-mail us to get better rates and time estimations.

Procedure for price adjustment:

THIS IS ONLY FOR 2 OR MORE LARGE DIMENSIONS ITEMS OR INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING. Send us the list (or print screen) of your order by e-mail at info@zeeldesign.com (and your complete adress) and we will adjust the shipping rate depending on the ''stackability'' of your items. We will send you an updated quote and if you accept it, we will send you the final invoice by e-mail.

For express shipping:

If you need express shipping you can also contact us to see the availability of the product and adjust the shipping rate.

NOTE:

1-The automatic calculator presents ''Canada post'' as the shipping method but we may use any other transporter with similar or better delivery time (PUROLATOR, DICOM, UPS, DHL...).
2-The shipping at the final checkout is presented in CAD dollars.

SHIPPING IS MADE FROM CANADA

RETURNS:
  • RESTOCKING FEES OF 20% WILL BE APPLIED ON RETURNS.
  • IF YOU HAVE ANY PROBLEM ON THE PART OR SOMETHING IS DEFECTIVE OR WRONG CONTACT US RIGHT AWAY.
  • BUYER WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL THE FEES RELATED TO THE RETURN.(INCLUDING CUSTOMS)
  • ITEM NEED TO BE RETURN IN THE SAME EXACT CONDITION AND PACKAGING AS IT WAS RECEIVED.
  • IF ANY DAMAGE IS MADE TO THE ITEM RETURN COULD BE REFUSED OR REFUND AMOUNT LESS TO COVER THE REPAIR OR DAMAGE.
