Top Rack for Haley FXDR with ZEEL Design Passenger Backrest. If you don't have the backrest kit and only want the top rack, you will need to add the "backrest lower section" to bolt this product. (Read note)
Compatible with all the backrest version but you need to remove the backrest attachement to install the top rack option.(4 bolts)

- Bungee bars (See note below)
Bungee bars not compatible with first version of backrest. You need to have the 2 mounting holes on the side of the backrest lower frame section. See picture below:

*4 Mud Guard fixations holes need to be enlarge for lower frame section installation.(see video below)
*Not compatible with turn signals kit bolted on the side holes of the mud guard.
